In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Privacy Code) and community legislation (European General Regulation n. 679/2016) regarding the protection of personal data, AFFARPESCA respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users.

This privacy statement applies both to the collection of information from the website and from other channels.

1) Legal basis of the treatment

With the use or consultation of this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy statement and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

The provision of data and therefore the Consent to the collection and processing of data is optional, the User can deny consent, and can revoke an already given consent at any time. The data of registered customers are processed on the basis of the current contract with MATTI PER LA PESCA, from the moment the contract was concluded.
