1) Offer to the public:

3) Order:
Upon receipt of the order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email address. This confirmation summarizes the selected items, the relative prices (including delivery costs), the delivery address and the general and specific conditions applicable to the order. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data and to immediately communicate any corrections. Possible increases in costs caused by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner will be charged to the Customer. It is possible that there may be occasional non-availability of the products offered, in which case, if the products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, we will immediately notify the customer. Upon receipt of the package, the Customer undertakes to carefully check that there are no anomalies (strange bending, blows, strange tapes, etc...). In case some of these anomalies are received, the Customer will have to sign with RESERVE OF CONTROL, so as to be refunded in case of complaint (in case of failure to sign with RESERVE, no refund can be issued).
The minimum order is equal to € 25.00 excluding shipping costs.
4) Right of withdrawal:
Matti per la Pesca recognizes the right of withdrawal on products purchased as required by current legislation Legislative Decree no. 185 dated 22/05/1999. The useful term for making use of the rights provided for by the legislation is 14 days from receipt of the ordered items. Within this period, the customer is required to notify by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to: Matti per la Pesca, Viale Monastir 192, 09122 Cagliari (CA) or by e-mail to info@affarpesca.it
Management, SHIPPING, CASH ON DELIVERY and CREDIT CARD fees, which are set at a flat rate of 5%, are not refundable.
The letter must indicate the details for any re-credit due (IBAN code for bank current account and account holder). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must express your willingness to exercise this right in the manner described above, the purchased good(s) is/are not returned within the times described above intact/and returned in the packaging original, complete in all its parts (including: documentation and accessory equipment).
The delivery costs are charged to the customer. The goods, once received by Matti per la Pesca, will be examined to assess their condition (damage also related to transport) and, if compliant with the quality standards established by law, Matti per la Pesca will re-credit the sum to your C/C indicated in the letter within 20 days of receiving the goods. In any case, we ask the customer to inform us previously, via email, of wanting to exercise this right.
5) Guarantees:
All products that present the term "WARRANTY" on their page are obviously guaranteed. If the customer should have any problems with one or more of these products, previously purchased by the customer, please inform us by email at our address info@affarpesca.it
In any case, we advise the customer to send us via email the photos (of the product and of the receipt/warranty coupon) with the problems of the product in question so as to facilitate and speed up the warranty times. The latter cannot be quantified immediately by AffarPesca, but will vary according to the decisions of the respective distributor. Our commitment and interest is to ensure that everything happens quickly and without complications.
6) Types of Delivery:
For shipments to ITALY: The time taken by the ITALIAN POSTAL or SDA courier to deliver the order to your home varies from a minimum of two/three days to a maximum of five (in the islands). In Sardinia the time taken is about 24 hours. The company times related to the shipment of the material present in the order varies from 24 to 72 hours.
For shipments ABROAD: Delivery times vary according to the destination, the weight/dimensions of the outgoing package and the economic entity of the order and any customs fees. 7) Domestic Transportation Costs:
The transport costs for the whole national territory with SDA courier are equal to 7.90 euros. The shipment is INSURED until the parcel is picked up at your home.
