following several complaints for goods arriving damaged due to transport by the courier, we inform you of the correct way to complete the signature with reservation.

Upon delivery of the goods, to allow you to open the package, the courier will ask you for a signature for receipt as required by law , but be careful, BEFORE signing, carefully check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging.

If the package is damaged or partially delivered, you have two options:

  • REJECT IT WITHOUT SIGNING
  • ACCEPT IT WITH RESERVATION, DESCRIBING THE DAMAGE ON THE APPROPRIATE PAPER SLIP

Attention However, the courier may refuse to let you sign (because he is in a hurry, etc.), in this case insist, as it is your right by law .

We ask you to correctly fill in the paper slip describing the extent of the damage, otherwise the signature will not be considered valid due to lack of specification.

ALWAYS ASK FOR A COPY OF THE PAPER COUPON, you will have to provide it to us when reporting the damage.

The same procedure must be done in case of signature on TABLET or PALM , always indicate the extent of the damage and make sure that the courier has correctly filled in the fields as requested by you (if you deem it appropriate you can take a photo of the screen and send it to us) .

Send us the damage report as soon as possible , the report must be made within a limited period of time.
